In addition to these classic flavours, she offers a rotating selection of daring seasonal flavours.

Even if some of her ingredients, like the cheese from St. Kilda's La Formaggeria, don't seem like they belong in gelato, she always manages to find a way to make it work, and it's always delicious. You can't go wrong with any of the scoops, so pick whichever one you like best.

Don't miss:
